Administration fees explained

We are charged around 3% of your donation as a processing fee. This covers the cost of processing your online transaction and keeping it secure. However, you can ensure that we receive all that you wish to donate by adding a small additional sum to your donation. Thank you.

Gift Aid is a scheme enabling registered charities to reclaim tax on a donation made by a UK taxpayer, effectively increasing the amount of the donation.

I am a UK tax payer and want Scope to treat all qualifying donations over the last 4 years, today, and in the future, as Gift Aid donations. I understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference. I will tell Scope if I am no longer eligible to claim Gift Aid or if my name or address change.
